This policy explains what information YTKits processes when you visit ytkits.com, use its YouTube creator tools, create an optional account, or send feedback. It also explains the roles of Google Analytics, Google AdSense, YouTube API Services and the service providers used to operate the site.

1. Information processed by YTKits

Most YTKits tools can be used without creating an account or providing a name or email address.

Tool requests

When you submit a public YouTube channel, handle, video URL or similar identifier, the server processes that input to return the requested result. Public YouTube responses may be cached temporarily to reduce API usage and improve performance.

Technical information

The hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time, response status, and security or error logs. This information is used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, investigate failures and apply rate limits.

Information you provide

YTKits may process information you choose to submit through:

• The contact form or support email
• The feedback widget
• Optional account or sign-in features

This may include your email address, message, rating and account authentication information. Do not submit confidential information through public tool inputs.

2. YouTube API Services

YTKits uses YouTube API Services to retrieve available public channel and video information. Depending on the tool, this can include channel metadata, public statistics, upload dates, video categories and other public video fields.

YTKits tools do not require access to your private YouTube Studio analytics or Google account password. Public tools cannot see another channel's private revenue, RPM, click-through rate, audience retention or audience geography.

Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. Local storage and cookies

YTKits uses browser local storage for functional preferences such as your analytics choice, local tool limits and saved interface state. Clearing your browser storage removes these local preferences.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you select Accept Analytics in the YTKits analytics banner. It helps measure page usage, performance and broad traffic trends. YTKits configures Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled.

Selecting Decline Optional prevents YTKits from loading Google Analytics through this consent flow. You can change the choice by clearing the cookieConsent value in your browser's site data and reloading the page. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense

YTKits includes Google AdSense publisher identification and may load Google advertising tags for site review or advertising. Ads will appear only when Google enables ad serving for the site and an ad placement is active.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to YTKits or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on the visitor's region, choices and applicable requirements.

Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center or Google Ads Settings. Additional industry opt-out choices are available through YourAdChoices.

Before serving ads to visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, YTKits must publish a Google-certified European regulations message through AdSense Privacy & messaging. The YTKits Accept Analytics banner controls optional Analytics only; it does not grant or withdraw advertising consent.

YTKits does not sell or rent personal information or tool-search histories to data brokers.

6. Retention

Public API responses and operational cache entries are retained temporarily according to the needs of each tool. Server and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Messages, feedback and optional account information may be retained while they are needed to provide support, maintain the account, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion of information associated with you by using the contact details below.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing.

YTKits uses HTTPS, access controls, API-key protections and server-side rate limiting to protect its services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

YTKits is intended for creators, marketers and researchers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact YTKits so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

YTKits includes links to YouTube, Google and other third-party websites. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies, and YTKits does not control their data practices.
